  • Brings a willingness to share ideas, network, and promote Seeds of Impact in ways that expand our reach and deepen our impact.

Our Junior Board is comprised of individuals committed to living out God's mission and supporting families in meaningful ways.

  • Demonstrate a wholehearted commitment to living on mission for God and supporting survivors in their journey to healing.

  • Foster a creative and collaborative attitude, working as a cohesive team to achieve our shared goals.

  • Attend at least 80% of all Junior Board meetings, which typically amounts to approximately 10 meetings per year.

  • Serve on one fundraising committee responsible for planning and executing initiatives that contribute to the Board's fundraising goals.

  • Dedicate your time to volunteer at a minimum of two Seeds of Impact events throughout the year.

  • Play a role in recruiting prospective Junior Board members who share our mission and can contribute to board duties.

  • Utilize your existing contacts and actively seek new networks to generate financial contributions, secure in-kind donations, attract event sponsors, and encourage individuals to participate in our events.
